Over the past 9 years, exclusively as a Tenant Advisor, Scott has actively supported occupier clients in navigating their commercial property requirements. His emphasis lies in formulating and executing strategic initiatives that deliver substantial leverage, thereby ensuring optimal outcomes for his clients.

With over 25 years of experience in the project management, design and construction industries, Justin brings with him an excellent knowledge of the project process and delivery. With experience on projects across Australia, UK, Europe and Russia, Justin has been involved in a range of projects from new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, retrofits across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail and residential.

Justin’s experience and knowledge has been gained from all aspects of the project from managing and delivering projects with a multi-national architectural practice to working directly for the head contractor delivering commercial and development projects along with working as a dedicated project manager for over 15 years. His experience gives him the knowledge to communicate and facilitate solutions to complex project related challenges and managing the project process from inception to completion.

Sarah-Jane brings experience in design and contract administration to the PropertySolve Project Management team. Over her 8 years in the design and construction industry she has been involved in projects from both a client and contractor perspective. With strong problem solving and communication skills her input in the process will assist in the day- to-day transfer of information and tracking of deliverables.

Her proven abilities in managing stakeholders and outcomes across a high volume of projects benefits project processes immensely. Gaining experience in projects across Australia and China, she has been involved in refurbishments, new builds and fit outs within of a range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality and health care. Her design qualifications and background drive her strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving project outcomes.

Mike can call on this experience to help resolve complex challenges throughout the project lifecycle to provide solutions and direction as these challenges arise.

With projects ranging from new green field developments to fit-out refurbishments, this variety of experience, combined with his collaborative and transparent approach, delivers clear communication and direction to not only the client but the project team.
