Core Lithium relocated their corporate business from Adelaide to Perth and engaged PropertySolve for the new lease acquisition in Perth, lease disposal in Adelaide, and project management of their new office fitout. Core needed a centrally located, professional space that was cost-effective and flexible to accommodate future growth without the need for future modifications.
PropertySolve conducted an extensive market search, reviewing and negotiating on both clean floor plates and pre-constructed show suites. The project management team assisted in identifying necessary works, budgeting, and time impacts through this process.
Following the market search, financial modelling and lease negotiations, Core Lithium secured space at 2 Mill Street, which was subject to a full floor make good / refurbishment by the Landlord.
PropertySolve quickly implemented a project plan and engaged design consultants to maximise the opportunities whilst the makegood works were being carried out. A fast-track program was established, with regular engagement with the client and design team to capture the growing business’s requirements.
Cost-consciousness with a value driven outcome was crucial, but it was critical that it was not to be at the expense of the design amenity. Deliverables included acoustics, ample meeting spaces, thermal comfort, and technology were key. The project was completed successfully, meeting all objectives.
