Euroz Hartleys faced the challenge of consolidating their operations into a single, premium location that reflected their brand. They needed a long-term solution for their business needs in a cost-competitive manner. Following their merger, they partnered with PropertySolve in 2021 to modify their existing leased spaces. In late 2022, after business reviews and allowing the team to settle into the new ‘Euroz Hartleys,’ the decision was made to revisit the market.
PropertySolve identified and negotiated suitable locations, managed the lease tails of their existing leases, and delivered a corporate compliant, value-driven, and equitable working environment. An extensive search identified the top two floors of a premier Perth tower as the optimal location. Through excellent negotiation and understanding of the current market, PropertySolve secured a very competitive lease deal.
A project plan was put in place early, and a diverse stakeholder group was established to drive the deliverables for Euroz Hartleys. Key drivers included refined client spaces, equality for staff members, and value-conscious decisions. Working with the base building management team and understanding the intricacies of the building were also critical to achieving an outstanding outcome. Managing all details of the project from commencement to completion, including consultant and contractor procurement, the PropertySolve PM team aligned the outcomes with Euroz Hartleys’ requirements.
As a result, Euroz Hartleys successfully relocated to a premium, flexible space that met their operational needs and value-driven outcomes. The incorporation of selected reuse furniture from previous tenancies ensured a high-quality and equitable space for their staff and clients. This outcome not only provided a high-quality working environment but also demonstrated the importance of strategic market review and stakeholder management in achieving successful outcomes.
